“Soleil” is the French word for sun. The developers of these eight new Sectional Title Office Units decided that Soleil was the perfect name for the new office block, given the modern design of the building which allows the sun access into all the offices through full height windows.
The site was previously the home of Soleil Patio Furniture, so the name lives on. Situated inside an existing well-established Office Park, the offices enjoy spectacular views of the Sandton skyline. The offices can be accessed from the very quiet Brian Street in Lyme Park and is ideally situated for the short run to Sandton and the freeway system.
A short stroll through the secure Office Park gives occupants immediate access to Coachman’s Crossing Shopping Centre, which has a Pick ‘n Pay, Mugg & Bean, several line shops and a variety of other restaurants and autobank facilities. The Office Park is within easy walking distance of Sandton Mediclinic and St Stithians College.
There is 24-hour security and access into the Office Park is controlled. Occupants of the offices have remote controls to allow access and egress at all times. Access to the offices from the basement parking is either by stairs or lift. Access by visitors to the Office Park is strictly controlled by a special “call” system which requires the person being visited to verify the identity of the visitor, prior to them gaining entry.
The modern design has been carefully crafted by Paragon Architects, a leading architectural practice in South Africa.
